What a great rally we had at Beale Park!! Our hosts, Phil and Sue, with Emlyn and Avril’s assistance made us all very welcome at this superb venue. A very good turnout and excellent weather combined to make this a very relaxing weekend. Members took advantage of the riverside walks – some ending up at the pub, of course! Also, we had the lovely Beale Park with its gardens, birds and animals to visit using our free or discounted tickets. Thanks to Ray and Pam for not only researching a source of fish and chips, but also making the collection from the chippy.
The “easy” quizzes didn’t turn out to be quite as easy as hoped! A great atmosphere thanks to all those who attended.
