The following weekend was spent at the Cock Inn, Broom, where we were warmly welcomed by our hosts, Marion and Steve.
The weather was a bit kinder to us and Friday afternoon was spent catching up with friends and relaxing outside. Saturday
was another pleasant day and members once again took themselves off site for walks and cycle rides. Later in the afternoon, some members took part in a very enjoyable but challenging quiz.
With the pub at the top of the field, many meals were eaten and drinks drunk!
Once again, Sunday morning was wet, windy and cold, so coffee morning had to be abandoned – hopefully next week!
